1. Record the project constraints
- Destination country and delivery location
- Facility type and usable floor area
- Floor plan, ceiling limits and access constraints where available
- Target opening or delivery date
- Budget range for product selection
2. Define users and activities
List the main user groups, peak occupancy and required activities. This determines which zones need priority and whether the project should emphasise cardio, strength, free weights, functional training, assessment, recovery or group training.
3. Build the equipment schedule
Create a table with product page or model reference, description, quantity, key dimensions, power needs, finish, logo requirement and notes. Use the product centre for candidate models and keep alternatives clearly labelled.
4. Confirm responsibilities and current terms
Confirm the scope of equipment supply, required documentation, packaging, delivery preparation and any third-party installation arrangements. Empire supplies equipment; installation is completed by the client or its appointed service team. Current MOQ, pricing, availability, production cycle and freight are confirmed through quotation.
